We collect the following personal data:

  • Full name (first and last name)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth (player registration forms only)
  • Information about visual impairment / classification (player registration forms only)
  • Country of residence
  • Message content (contact forms)
  • CV / Résumé (coach application forms only)

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Player and coach registration and club administration (legal basis: performance of a contract)
  • Responding to your enquiries (legal basis: consent)
  • Sending news, updates and event information (legal basis: consent)
  • Compliance with legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation)

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you are a club member, or for no more than 3 years after the end of your membership. Contact form data is retained for 1 year. Coach application data is retained for 6 months after the application process concludes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data with:

  • Formspree Inc. (form processing service) — subject to their own privacy policy
  • The International Tennis Federation (ITF) where required for player classification and tournament registration
  • Competent authorities where required by law

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data

7. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses localStorage (browser-local storage, not a cookie) to:

  • Remember whether you have already been shown the language redirect prompt (bs_redirect)
  • Store your cookie consent preference (bs_cookie: accepted / declined)

Statistical tracking: With your consent, we use an anonymous visitor tracking pixel provided by nda.lt. This pixel collects anonymised statistical data (e.g. page visits, browser type, approximate country) for the purpose of understanding website usage and improving our services. No personal data is collected, no advertising cookies are set, and data is not used for profiling.

Data processor: Anonymised visitor statistics are handled on our behalf by „Majevski" MB (website technical support provider). Data is not transferred to, shared with, or sold to any other third parties.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Decline" in the cookie banner, or by clearing your browser's local storage. The pixel will not load until consent is given.
